セールスマネージャー

同社のマーケティングインテリジェンス事業本部にて、5～10名ずつのグループ責任者としてチームのマネジメント業務をお任せいたします。

1.顧客について
顧客は全国の不動産会社やリフォーム会社になります。

2.商材について
SEO、アドテクノロジー、自社サービスUZOU（ネイティブアド）など、Webマーケティングに関する幅広いソリューションを顧客に提供しています。

3.具体的な業務内容
コンサルティングセールスチームは顧客の課題に対しフルカスタマイズ型の提案を行っている部隊です。

1) メンバーマネジメント
責任者として顧客対応の先頭に立ち、グループ戦略の策定と実行、そのための定量・定性目標の策定、メンバー育成など、グループ成果を最大化させるためのメンバーマネジメント。（お任せする組織規模はご経験や志向性によってご相談させていただきます。）

2) 改善・推進
サービス特性上、顧客の声をサービスに反映させていくことも重要な要素となるため、マーケティング的な観点からサービスの機能改善や改修、大幅なアップデート時のプロジェクト推進などにも積極的に関わっていただきたいポジションです

【必須条件】
以下すべてを満たす方
1. 10名以上の営業組織のマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
2. 無形商材、コンサルティング型の商材を扱った経験がある方

・新規営業、深耕営業、共に経験がある方
・インターネット商材を扱ったことのある方

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：600万円～800万円 （月額×14.5＋諸手当（扶養手当、住宅手当、管理監督者手当、等）※経験・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。 昇給：年2回（半期ごと）、交通費全額支給

① 基本給
∟非管理監督者の場合：月額給の74％相当分の金額
∟管理監督者の場合：月額給の100％の金額

② 業務手当
∟非管理監督者の場合：時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として月額給の26％相当分の金額を支給
∟管理監督者の場合：支給なし

※非管理監督者の場合、45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
試用期間：有（試用期間中の労働条件変更なし）

Job Description

The company’s Marketing Intelligence Division will be responsible for managing the team as a group manager of 5 to 10 people. 

1. About customers

Customers become real estate companies and renovation companies nationwide. 

2. About products

We provide customers with a wide range of web marketing solutions such as SEO, ad technology, and in-house service UZOU (native ad). 

3. Specific business content

The consulting sales team is a unit that provides fully customized proposals for customer issues. 

1) Member management to take the lead in dealing with customers as a member management manager, and to develop and execute group strategies, formulate quantitative and qualitative goals, and develop members to maximize group results. (The size of the organization to be entrusted will be consulted based on experience and orientation.) 

2) Reflecting customer feedback in the service is an important factor in the characteristics of improvement and promotion services . From this point of view, we would like you to be actively involved in improving and refurbishing service functions and promoting projects during major updates.

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. Those who have management experience of more than 10 sales organizations. 

2. Those who have experience in handling intangible products and consulting-type products.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 6 million yen to 8 million yen (Monthly x 14.5 + various allowances (sustainable allowance, housing allowance, managerial supervisor allowance, etc.) * Determined based on experience and ability Raise: Twice a year ( Semi-annual), payment of all transportation expenses. 

① For non-supervisors with basic salary : 74% of monthly salary. 

∟ For supervisors: 100% of monthly salary. 

② Business allowances for non-supervisor Case: Regardless of overtime work, pay 45% of the monthly salary as an overtime allowance for 45 hours. For supervisors: No payment. 

* 45 hours for non-supervisors extra wages are paid in additional for overtime work worth more than the trial period: Yes (no working conditions change during the trial period) recruiter’s name, name: Corporation Speee presence or absence of managers and supervisors: No.

Welfare

Various social insurances, full-time allowance If you are not late and absent throughout the quarter, the next quarter will be 5,000 yen / month and the service will be 2,000 yen / month for one year.
