The company is responsible for daily consumption even among group companies. You will be responsible for the business support of the company’s sales department and sales members. We perform a wide range from sales assistants to general affairs.
1. Inquiries from customers (telephone / email / data processing).
2. Application processing by the accounting system, payment management, accounting.
3. Pre-examination check of customers and manuscripts (other than beauty).
4. Sales progress management, sharing success stories.
5. General affairs within the group (preparation for new employees, preparation of bulletins, equipment management, etc.)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Monthly salary system, bonus twice a year (April-September enrollment is paid in December, October-March enrollment is paid in June. Full payment of transportation expenses, overtime allowance, late-night overtime allowance, holiday work allowance, etc.
Monthly salary + bonus x 2 times a year * Overtime pay separately.
・ South Kanto: 219,877 yen.
・ Kansai / Tokai: 202,364 yen.
・ Other areas: 187,354 yen.
1st year of joining the company / Monthly salary (including about 25 hours of overtime) + bonus 250,000 yen x twice a year.
・ South Kanto: 3.62 million yen (monthly salary of 260,000 yen).
・ Kansai / Tokai: 3.38 million yen (monthly salary of 240,000 yen).
-Areas other than the above: 3.14 million yen (monthly salary of 220,000 yen).

Initial contract only: 3-6 months
After that: 1 year unit / 2 renewal caps (up to 3 years / excluding initial contract period)
