Job Description

 Promotion of system-related BPR (Salesforce), system-related business improvement, and sales reform initiatives

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

1. Business process issue discovery / analysis-improvement experience 

2. BPR experience  

Both consultants and business company graduates place importance on experience and problem-solving ability.

3. Business planning / strategy planning experience

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Estimated annual salary: 4.4 million yen to 6.9 million yen 

– Estimated monthly salary: 240,000 yen 

– Overtime allowance: Separately paid for the above monthly salary .

The above monthly salary is only the basic salary, but the above annual salary is 40 hours overtime pay allowance. This is an amount that assumes depending on experience, the above may not apply. 

– Salary increase / promotion twice a year (planned)

– bonus award twice a year (6.12 ・)
