Job Description

As a business plan, you will have a bird’s-eye view of the whole and perform management work. 

・Continue / promote relationships with major business partners, consider sales measures, handle troubles , rebuild and strengthen management systems 

・General management operations- Number management for sales / gross margins- Training of sales team members, KPI management, etc. Management activities (a team of about 10 people including employees and part-time workers) -Partner (sales agency) management, accompany, etc. 

* Because the activities are conducted for nursery schools throughout the country, there are cases where we require a business trip with accommodation. Please note.

・ OA skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word document creation, other tool utilization.)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 5 million to 6.5 million yen monthly salary, twice a year bonus, full payment of transportation expenses.
