3. Sales methods
Sales activities are carried out according to the following flow.
・ Information on visitors to model rooms and those whohave made inquiries, as well as new business developments
・ Hearing about housing needs
・ Creation of financialplans
・ Meetings with banks
・ Design based on the contents of the inquiry Incooperation with the contractor , the drawing wascreated
After meeting with the customer again and afterseveral meetings , if the customer is satisfied, thecontract procedure will be completed.
