Job Description

Providing proposals and sales activities forhousing for individual customers. 

1. About customers Customers 
who are considering buying a home are customers. 

2. About the product 

The company’s custom-built house will be the product. 

3. Sales methods 
Sales activities are carried out according to the following flow. 
Information on visitors to model rooms and those whohave made inquiries, as well as new business developments 
Hearing about housing needs 
Creation of financialplans 

Meetings with banks 
Design based on the contents of the inquiry Incooperation with the contractor , the drawing wascreated 
        and completed. 
 After meeting with the customer again and afterseveral meetings , if the customer is satisfied, thecontract procedure will be completed.
