システム建築(プレハブ建築)や立体駐車場などの建築現場で、営業担当や数多くの施工業者と連携しながら工程全般を統括していただきます。

具体的には、以下業務をお任せいたします。
施工管理、監督業務、管安全管理、 品質管理、 進行スケジュール管理、 原価管理・ アフターフォローなど

プレハブ建築と立体駐車場では、施工管理業務が異なります。
・プレハブ建築：「短工期」のメリットを活かし、多様な用途に応えていきます。事務所や工場、全都道府県チェーンの量販店、教育施設など様々な現場に携わることが出来ます。
・立体駐車場：工期が長く、建設費が数億円の建物もあり、ビッグプロジェクトを統括する醍醐味があります。

■必須条件
・S造の建物の建築施工管理のご経験がある方
・建築士二級もしくは建築施工管理技士二級の資格をお持ちの方
・普通自動車免許第一種をお持ちの方

・ゼネコン会社にて建築施工管理業務をされていた方

-Multi-storey parking lot: There are buildings with a long construction period and construction costs of several hundred million yen.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus
