Job Description

In the business of developing the housing for the elderly “Hebel Village”, the new nursing care facility (corporate housing for the elderly with services) “Village Leash” in general, the opening of the business, negotiation with the management contractor, management management, etc. Responsible for resident recruitment management. 

■ Senior Business In addition 

to the detached housing business so far, the company is expanding its business to rental housing for the elderly in anticipation of an aging society. 

We have already started construction of “Village Leash”, a residential housing for the elderly, and we would like to expand this business in the future. Therefore, I would like to entrust the planning and operation of “Village Leash” for the second and subsequent buildings. 

■ Business content 

Planning and operation of “Village Leash”, management and nursing care facilities (company housing for senior citizens with services, paid nursing homes) as “business owner” for management operation and occupancy (concludes lease contract and life support service contract) user management, the previous management business 

negotiation with and management contractors (capital partners) 

※ long-term care services provide subcontractors or capital tie-up destination. 

■ Service Features 

(1) Hebel Village

 •Rental housing for seniors mainly for those who are healthy and those who are in the flail period. With 1 to 2LDK (45 to 70㎡), fully equipped with living facilities, it is large enough for two couples. The expansion area is the Tokyo metropolitan area. As of the end of 2019, the construction has a total of 35 buildings and 464 units. In the future, we plan to operate and manage 500 buildings and 6000 units in 2025. 

-Services provided: Regular visits by consultants such as social welfare workers (once a month) Oversight by equipment, emergency rushing, cooperation with medical institutions 

(2) Village Leash [* Mainly in charge of this] 

.This is a housing for the elderly with services mainly for those requiring nursing care, and also equipped with a mini-kitchen. 1R (19 ~ 21㎡) There will be multiple nursing care facilities. 

The expansion area is assumed to be in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and in the future we plan to open 10 buildings (including capital alliances) in the highly integrated area (Tokyo area) of Hebel House Hebel Village.         

-Provided services: 24-hour manned management ( safety confirmation, situational awareness, emergency response, etc. ) ( Cooperation staff at night) Coordination with medical institutions, nutritionally balanced meals, activities 

■ Required conditions 

Experienced management experience such as start-up / operation of facility such as rental housing for elderly people with service or facility manager / area manager of pay nursing home 

■ Welcome conditions 

Manager experience at a home care base, head office staff experience at a nursing care company (management planning system including M & A) , care support specialist (care manager ), qualifications of a care worker
