Job Description

Car service, service, and other services related to vehicle inspection, inspection, and repair. 

[Specifically] 

As a customer contact for vehicle inspections, inspections, and repairs, a service advisor will handle everything from making an estimate, taking the car, delivering it after completing maintenance, billing, and depositing. 

* Also, it has the role of communicating customer requests and maintenance details to the mechanics, and grasps and manages these series of flows. 

・Communicate as a “bridge” between mission customers and mechanics. 

 Through the management of service operations such as schedule management and parts ordering, customers 

 will be driven mainly by the entire service operations , such as customer requests for cars and vehicle delivery maintenance requests . 

* Some service advisors have actually become branch managers. 

* The number of customers in charge per person per day is between 4 and 10. During busy periods, it may be around 15 people.

 ・ Checker Motors: JEEP, JAGUAR, LAND ROVER 

 ・ Wil Plus Motoren: BMW, MINI 

 ・ Teikoku Auto: VOLVO


Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following requirements: 

1. Light work at a gas station etc. (change of oil and tires), or reception work (including advisors) such as installation and maintenance of car parts / parts 

2. Ordinary car license (not AT)


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Fukuoka: Monthly salary-300,000 yen 

* Considering age, experience, previous salary, etc. (Consultation is possible for 4.5 million yen or more) 

Personnel evaluation twice a year, bonus twice a year, incentive system, skill allowance, position allowance, commuting allowance 

* Car commuting allowed (no matter brand)
