Job Description

Mainly responsible for marketing communication strategy planning and execution for all fees and services provided by Rakuten Mobile. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Collecting information In cooperation with the service planning department in the company, we collect information necessary for planning communication strategies and overall marketing activities. 

2. Analysis work 

Analyzes are made using the collected information and various internal data sources. 

3. 

Determining the target user and appeal axis through key message development, sales promotion strategy, and KPI establishment analysis when introducing new services . 

4. Extraction of actions necessary for improvement and coordination with related departments 

After launching the service, actions necessary for improvement are derived from business policies and various KPI / performance analyses, and adjustments are made with relevant departments. 

5. Design and operation of user surveys necessary for strategy planning 

6. Feedback to relevant departments 

After launching, the main services grasp the gap between the initial strategy and actual performance, and provide feedback centered on the service planning department .
