Job Description

“Premier Resort Yuga Ise Shima” I will leave the management work as a housekeeper manager.

[Details]

Cleaning staff management (recruitment / guidance / training / labor management, etc.) and guest room maintenance practice 

1, pre-cleaning preparation check, post-work inspection 

2, cleaning status check for all rooms (86 rooms) based on check sheets 

3 , Management of master keys, etc. 

4, inventory management and ordering of amenity items, equipment consumables , part-time staff pick-up (short distance by light vehicle) 

6, staff shift management 

7, in-house, indoor cleaning, futon laying work 

* In cooperation with the front desk, we will grasp the busy forecast and reservation status, etc. and use it for personnel assignment and labor management. 

* Basically, it is management work, but there are also practical tasks. We are expecting not only daily work but also planning and implementation of business improvement and efficiency in order to 

build a system for the next generation accompanying rapid growth.
