【ポジション】
【未経験可】現場施工管理（マンション、商業施設)

マンション・商業施設等の建築(RC・SRC・S)や、公共工事を中心とする施工管理業務となります。
現場代理人、監理技術者、施工管理員等々の建築技術者として、品質面、コスト面、工程面、安全面、環境面などのバランスを取りながら、竣工に至るまでの総合的な施工管理業務に従事していただきます。

【業務内容】
(1)施工計画書の作成
(2)プロジェクト全体の実施予算書作成、損益・工事資金管理
(3)施工管理(工事進捗・出来形管理、各工手担当協力会社への発注・管理調整、図面チェック、施工図作成、測量、各種データ分析他、あらゆる事態に臨機応変に対応する。)
(4)安全衛生、労務管理並びに記録の保管など

【必須要件】
・施工管理経験者(経験期間1年以上)

※20代前半の方は現場がわかる方であれば歓迎致します。

【尚可】
・鉄筋コンクリート造、鉄骨造の施工管理経験
・現場での所長経験
・JWCADの操作可能な方
・建築士(一級、二級)
・施工管理技士(1級、2級)

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：318万〜570万円
※経験・能力を考慮し、同社規定により決定します

Job Description

It will be construction management work centered on architecture of condominiums / commercial facilities and public works. As a construction engineer such as an on-site agent, supervision engineer, construction manager, etc., comprehensive construction management work up to the completion of construction while balancing quality, cost, process, safety, environment, etc. Will be engaged in. 

[Business description] 

(1) Preparation of construction plan 

(2) Preparation of budget for the entire project, profit and loss / construction fund management 

(3) Construction management (construction progress / work shape management, ordering to subcontractors in charge of each builder) and management adjustment, drawings check, working drawings created, surveying, various types of data analysis other, corresponding to the flexibly to any situation.

Mandatory requirements

-Experienced construction manager (experience period of 1 year or more) 

* Those in their early 20s are welcome if they understand the site.

・ Operators who can operate JWCAD 

・ Architects (1st and 2nd class) 

・ Construction management engineers (1st and 2nd class)
