1. Operations / KPI management / partner (call center) management for external support partners
2. Escalation management / Escalation response from daily service partners
3. Other than VOC (Voice of Customer)
Planning and deploying measures to improve FB and service quality for departments

This is an MVNO (virtual mobile operator) service using the NTT DoCoMo LTE network provided by Rakuten Group. The service started at the end of October 2014 under the statement “Better Mobile Experience, The Best Quality Life.”
Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Determined based on experience, ability, and performance.
Salary revision: Twice a year (June / December), performance bonus: Twice a year (June / December * paid based on company and individual achievements, apportioned according to the time of joining)
