Software development (development coordinator)

Job Description

We will promote the development of OEM (consignment development) products in the security sensor market. Two to three years after joining the company, you will be active as the main axis of software design in product development projects. 

[Specifically] 

Specification review and creation with domestic OEMs, new product planning and proposal work to OEMs, and software development process management ⇒ Specific technologies (embedded device development skills with image processing and network design technology) This includes development contract management work for the development contractor that has it. 

Embedded software implementation.

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

・ Embedded software development experience (2 years or more) → Development language: C or C # or C ++. Development environment: Linux. 

・ 32bit or more microcomputer software design and implementation experience. 

・Experience with external contractors a person of -ordinary motor vehicle license holder.

[Welcome conditions]

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・ Salary revision Once a year (January). 

・ Bonus: 4.0 months a year (2019 plan) 3 times a year (June, December, settlement bonus March). 

Annual income example (Monthly income example) General graduate / 30 years old 500 10,000 yen (310,000), 35 years old 6.2 million yen (390,000) 40 years old 6.7 million yen (420,000), 45 years old 7.2 million yen (450,000).

防犯用センサ市場におけるＯＥＭ（開発受託）製品の開発を進めていただきます。 入社後2 年～3 年で、製品開発プロジェクトにおけるソフトウェア設計の主軸として活躍いただき ます。

具体的には
・国内 OEM 先との仕様検討・作成および OEM 先への新製品企画・提案業務
・ソフトウェア開発のプロセス管理 ⇒特定技術（画像処理およびネットワーク設計技術有した組込機器開発技能）を持った開発請負会 社に対する開発委託管理業務を含む。
・組込みソフトウェアの実装
