Job Description

Customers who have business with the company will conduct solution sales to solve management issues. 

1. Condominium developers, house makers, construction companies, rental brokerage / management companies, etc., who have transactions with customers. 

2. We will make proposals for products using “SUUMO”.

This is a comprehensive portal site for real estate that is full of information on housing, from sales and sale information of condominiums, detached houses and land nationwide to rental and renovation. Information on real estate companies, housing manufacturers, construction companies and contractors reviewed by the company is posted and can be used with confidence. 

3. Specific business 

1) We will make proposals to solve management issues for customers who have proposal transactions for solving business issues . 

It is possible to proactively make proposals to customers facing all of the following management issues as long as they are necessary for business growth.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Grade allowance: 82,278 yen-122,622 yen 

* Overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours overtime allowance
