今回は国内で高いシェアを誇る「eセールスマネージャー」関連製品のデバッグを行うスペシャリスト集団を牽引いただくリーダーを募集します。

【主な業務】
●パッチリリース計画立案
　デバッグチームの修正パッチのリリース計画を立案／体制の構築／
●プロジェクトマネジメント
　リリース計画に沿って、進捗、要員管理／課題管理、課題解決
●技術調査
　問い合わせ事象やログから現状分析、原因特定／暫定・恒久対策の策定
●デバッグ
　不具合修正／単体テスト実行／結合テスト実行

開発環境：Eclipse
管理ツール：社内システム、Redmine、SVN

【募集背景】
【募集人数：3名】
組織強化を目的に管理職候補のポジションを担っていただける方を新規募集致します。

【必要な能力・経験】
■ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの運用保守において、デバッグリーダーとして1年以上勤務した経験
■ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの運用保守におけるトラブルシューティングの経験
■Javaでの開発経験3年以上
■Javascriptを利用した開発経験1年以上
■他部署や顧客との折衝の経験

【歓迎要件】
■パフォーマンスやセキュリティの観点など非機能要件に対する品質管理の経験
■ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの運用保守において、マネージャーもしくは責任者として勤務した経験
■組織の品質管理部門においてマネージャーもしくは責任者として勤務した経験
■企画／要件定義、設計の上流工程に参画し、品質保証の観点からレビュー実施経験

Job Description

We have developed “e-Sales Manager”, a sales support package that is most favored by companies of all business types that conduct team sales. This is the 18th year since the release of this year, and it is the No.1 system that is easy to use and boasts a 96% retention rate. From managers in their 50s to new employees in their 20s, we are thoroughly committed to UI / UX so that anyone can use it easily, and we are developing products that aim to be the best user. 

This time we are looking for leaders who will lead a group of specialists who debug products related to “e-Sales Manager”, which has a high share in Japan. 

[Main work] 

● Patch release plan planning 

●   Develop a patch release plan for the debug team / Build a system / Progress, personnel management / issue management, problem solving according to the project management release plan 

● Technical survey inquiry events and Current status analysis from log, identification of cause / provision of temporary / permanent countermeasures 

● Debug bug correction / unit test execution / integration test execution development environment: Eclipse management tool: internal system, Redmine, SVN 

core language: Java Other languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , Objective-C, Swift, Android Java.

Hiring requirements

[Required ability and experience] 

■ Experience working as a debug leader for 

software development project operation and maintenance for more than 1 year 

■ Troubleshooting experience for software development project operation and maintenance 

■ Java development experience for 3 years 

■ Using Javascript Development experience over 1 year 

■ Experience in negotiations with other departments and customers 

[Welcome requirements] 

■ Quality management experience for non-functional requirements such as performance and security perspectives 

■ Working as a manager or manager in the operation and maintenance of software development projects 

■ Experience working as a manager or manager in the organization’s quality control department 

■ Participating in the upstream process of planning / requirements definition and design, and experience performing reviews from the perspective of quality assurance.
