【ポジション】
SRE（Site Reliability Engineer）/インフラエンジニア

SREとして以下業務に携わっていただきます。CMでおなじみ「バイトル」をはじめとする
商用サイトのサーバ・ネットワークの構築・運用、システムの自動化や障害対応。
システムのパフォーマンスや信頼性、スケーラビリティを向上させる提案・改善を行っていただきます。

■業務内容
・オンプレミス環境、ハイブリッド構成の複数クラウドを併用したインフラの管理、運用
・1,000台以上のサーバ運用、可用性やパフォーマンスの向上
・障害検知やキャパシティプランニングのためのモニタリング環境の構築、運用
・デプロイ、オペレーションの改善、自動化の推進

■必須条件
・インフラ（Linux）構築・運用経験
・AWS等のクラウドインフラ構築・運用経験

■歓迎条件

・アプリチームと共同し、サービスのパフォーマンス改善の可視化、分析、提案

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
年収 4,500,000 円 – 7,000,000円

月給：375,000円～583,333円
※固定残業代293,064円～502,400円(一般職のみ30時間相当分含む)
※上記残業時間の超過分については別途残業代をお支払いします。
※管理職は固定残業代は支給されません。
※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
※賞与　年2回（6月、12月）
※昇給・昇格あり

Job Description

You will be involved in the following operations as SRE. 

Construction and operation of servers and networks for commercial sites such as “Bitele” familiar with CM , system automation and troubleshooting. 

We will make proposals and improvements to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. 

■ Business content 

・ On-premises environment, infrastructure management and operation using multiple clouds in a hybrid configuration 

・ Operation of more than 1,000 servers, improvement of availability and performance 

・ Establishment, operation, and monitoring environment for failure detection and capacity planning Deployment, operational improvements, and automation.

■ Technology and tool 

　- infrastructure: On-premises, AWS, GCP 

　- provisioning: Ansible 

　- code management / deployment: Git, Jenkins, drone.io 

　- Database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL,

Hiring requirements

■ Required conditions 

・ Infrastructure (Linux) construction and operation experience 

・ Cloud infrastructure construction and operation experience such as AWS 

■ Welcome conditions 

・ Construction and operation experience using configuration management tools such as Ansible 

・ Development and operation of various operation automation tools 

Collaborate with experience and app teams to visualize and analyze service performance improvements, make proposals , build monitoring environments for fault detection and capacity planning, operate , design and build server environments using Docker , team projects Experienced users / Experience building and operating large-scale Web services.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary 4,500,000 yen-7,000,000 yen 

Monthly salary: 375,000 yen to 583,333 yen 

* Fixed overtime charges 293,064 yen to 502,400 yen (includes 30 hours equivalent for regular employees only) 

* Overtime overtime will be paid separately 

* Managers are not paid fixed overtime fees. 

* Scheduled annual income is a guideline amount and may go up and down through selection. 

* Bonus twice a year (June, December) 

* There are salary increases and promotions
