Job Description

The company’s store development staff will create tenant property reports, price, etc. 

Business description 

The sales representative provides property information and consults, investigates market conditions and conducts property planning (market research report, property planning, property value presentation). Once the sales representative receives an order based on the plan, the building and sub-lease flow will begin. 

* Property information will not be purchased. It is an image that boosts sales orders. For this reason, there are many interactions with sales representatives in the company. 

Last year, there were about 700 consultations, and about 40 have been sub-lease. 

Eventually, our policy is to continue tenant leasing in the post-process, but the current situation is outsourced. 

Characteristics of assigned Offices

 ・ In the rental properties, I am in charge of leasing other than rental housing (stores, offices, etc.). After keeping the property from the owner, the main business is sublease and property management. Although there is a part to suppress the exit, we are also constructing the entrance, so we are also proposing an exit. Judging information on architectural sales from the Kanto area. 

・ Many of the division’s members are in their 40s and 50s. Currently, only one section manager is in charge of this position.

Hiring requirements

Required conditions 

・ Property management (tenant leasing) experience. 

・ Store development experience at convenience stores, etc. 

・ Those who can explain well to those who are building sales. 

・ Those who have some prospects about what can be set. 

(for small building in front of the station) (PM / tenant leasing experience, underpass / station building PM tenant side, operator side PM).

Treatment conditions / sales bonus


More than ¥ 223,000 per month + bonus (twice a year) + various allowances. 

* Determined based on experience, age and ability. 

* Overtime allowance will be paid separately. 

《Annual income example》

8.5 million yen / 35 years old, monthly salary + various benefits + bonus. 

10 million yen / 45 years old, monthly salary + various benefits + bonus. 

* Scheduled annual income is only a guideline amount and may change depending on the selection. 

[Bonus] Twice a year (June, December).
