Job Description
[Main business details]
・ Selection of target areas for opening stores
・ Planning of business formats and research ofcompetitors
・ Examination of store opening patterns based on profitand loss calculation and establishment of store opening models
・ Collecting information relatedto property acquisition, property value judgment and planning
・Dealing with owners, negotiating conditions , promoting store architecture and design, verifying stores after opening, and modifying store opening models
TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS
Salary increase: Bonus based on quarterly evaluation system : paid twice a year (July/ December)
