Job Description

[Main business details] 
Selection of target areas for opening stores 
Planning of business formats and research ofcompetitors 
Examination of store opening patterns based on profitand loss calculation and establishment of store opening models 
Collecting information relatedto property acquisition, property value judgment and planning 
Dealing with owners, negotiating conditions , promoting store architecture and design, verifying stores after opening, and modifying store opening models


TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS
Salary increase: Bonus based on quarterly evaluation system : paid twice a year (July/ December) 
Transportation expenses provision, car commuting available (free parkingavailable, petrol fee provision)

SELECTION PROCESS
Document selection-> primary interview->aptitude

HOLIDAY

 113 days a year, 2 days a week * Adjusted mainlyon weekends.
