Job Description
We are looking for people who will take the lead in developing stores as managers.
Specifically, you will lead team members to perform the following tasks.
・ Support for existing stores (contract renewal, rent revision negotiations, etc.).
・ Residence of store openings and exits.
・ Store development operations (from collection and analysis of property information, negotiation of conditions).
・ Management of store design / construction management department.
Hiring requirements

・ Over 10 years of store development work experience in the retail distribution industry
・ Experiences such as store opening strategy formulation and investment plan formulation

【ポジション】店舗開発(責任者)書籍を中心にCD、DVD、ブルーレイ(BD)、ゲーム、グッズなどを取り扱う「HMV&BOOKS」を中心に、「HMV」「HMV record shop」の店舗開発業務をお願い致します。
責任者として今後店舗を展開する上で、舵を切ってくださる方を募集いたします。
具体的には、チームメンバーを率いて以下の業務を行っていただきます。
・既存店舗の対応(契約更新、家賃改定交渉 等)
・出退店の対応
・店舗開発業務(物件情報の収集・分析、条件交渉から契約締結まで)
・ストアデザイン/施工管理部門のマネジメント【事業内容】チケット事業・・・『ローソンチケット』
物販事業・・・『HMV&BOOKS』、『HMV』、『HMV record shop』、
その他企画・開発・運営事業【募集背景】増員【必須スキル・経験】
・デベロッパーとタフネゴシエーションが出来る方
・小売流通業界における店舗開発業務経験10年以上
・出店戦略策定、投資計画策定等の経験
