Job Description

We will entrust the store development work tohold the key to successful opening.

Our opening consulting services provide total support, including propertyselection, financing, design / construction supervision, andrecruitment. You will be involved in “Property Selection”, which is one ofthe important points when opening a business. Please select a propertythat is expected to collect patients by taking advantage of the housingqualification, experience in the real estate industry, and network. 
[Mission] A 
major developer will be responsible for store development operations such asmedical mall development. The mission is to secure properties with highpatient collection ability, such as commercial facilities, ahead of othercompanies.

Development of developers, acquisition ofexclusive property information after relations 
Acquisition of propertyinformation for clinics 
Proposal of properties to doctors, closingsupport (with doctors in charge) 
Operation management of existing contractedstores and facilities 
* In addition to negotiations with developers you already have contacts with,there are also approaches to new developers.

Hiring requirements

Commercial store development experience 
■ Developer sales experience 
* Application is possible even if the experience period is short 

· Clinic store development experience 
· Medical consulting experience

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4 million yen to 7million yen * 

1 yearly salary increase regardless of experience , 2 times bonusyear (provided according to business results) 

Full payment of transportation expenses

Selection process

Document selection-> primary interview->secondary interview + aptitude test-> tertiary (final) interview-> offerinterview (offer letter)


Two days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), holidayholidays * GW, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Gyeongjuholidays Paid leave (10 to 20 days after half year of joining the company)
