Job Description

At the Apple specialty store “C smart” operated by the company, various Apple products are sold and customers are handled. Aiming for a store with higher customer satisfaction, we will collaborate with store staff to plan and execute.

Various trainings are conducted to acquire high-quality customer service skills that accurately understand customer requests and improve customer satisfaction. We also actively participate in career-sponsored customer service contests to promote growth.

Cosmonet Co., Ltd. has over 440 mobile phone shops and corporate sales offices nationwide. In store sales, as an “independent” sales agency that does not belong to a manufacturer or other affiliated company, it supports all carriers (communication companies). 

Founded in 1979, since the deregulation of telecommunications in 1985, the company specializes in communications business for corporations (BtoB) and individuals (BtoC) and has 442 stores nationwide (March 2018 A strong business foundation. Currently, it is a leading company in the telecommunications industry with over 2,000 employees and annual sales of over 90 billion yen. 

In addition, we are directly dealing with Apple Japan, and in 2013 we opened our first Apple Premium Reseller “C smart” store. 

Currently, there are 11 stores nationwide (Kanto: 4, Chubu: 2, Kinki: 3, Kyushu: 2), expanding direct transactions with Apple, one of the few in Japan, and increasing the number of business pillars.

Sales, customer service and sales experience

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual salary: 2.81 million yen to 3.17 million yen 

Estimated monthly salary: 202,000 yen to 232,000 yen 

* Monthly salary includes fixed overtime allowance and residential area allowance 


Monthly salary (monthly salary + residential area allowance) x 12 months + Bonus (Summer / Winter) 


Fixed overtime allowance: Monthly equivalent to 30 hours, 34,600 yen a month as work allowance (excess overtime allowance for excess overtime work is paid) 

Residential area allowance: Residential area / household The amount varies depending on the main category (10,000 yen to 40,000 yen per month * If you live in Tokyo 23 wards: 222,000 yen to 232,000 yen per month) 

* 18% of the residential area allowance and work allowance will be paid as overtime allowance for 30 hours per month However, it will be paid at a fixed rate regardless of whether or not you work overtime. Therefore, the remaining 82% equivalent is the basis for calculating overtime allowance. 

Bonus twice a year (June / December), full payment of transportation expenses (some internal regulations apply)
