Job Description

As an in-house SE, you will be responsible for in-house PC support, license renewal, and server management. Please respond to PC troubles such as preparing the PC environment, “Internet not connected”, “PC no longer boots” 

<Main business details> 

・In-house PC management / Troubleshooting etc. 

・Operational maintenance such as PC backup and various license updates , server updates and monitoring

Hiring requirements

<Mandatory> 

Must have some practical experience as an IT engineer (experience is more than 3 years)

Those who have knowledge about network and server

社内SEとして、社内PCのサポート業務、ライセンス更新、サーバー管理業務等をお任せします。
PC環境を整えたり「インターネットが繋がらない」「パソコンが起動しなくなった」など
PCトラブルへの対応をお願い致します。

＜主な業務内容＞
・社内のPC管理／トラブル対応等
・PCのバックアップや各種ライセンス更新
・サーバー更新・監視などの運用保守業務

人員増加に伴い、PCの設定やライセンス管理など、
システムの運用体制強化が必要となり、新たに社内SEを採用することになりました。
企業のシステム担当として、下記2つの部署の社内PC環境整備をお任せします。

●ツークン研究所
の研究組織として「映像制作の未来をデザインする」というミッションのもと、
3DCGやVFX技術など、最先端の映像技術を研究・開発しています。
様々な企業や研究機関と連携し新しい技術を創出。
テレビドラマ、ミュージックビデオ、ゲームなど、様々な映像に自社の技術が使われております。

●ポスプロ事業部
映画やテレビといった映像作品を制作するにあたって、撮影後の仕上げ作業を担う部署です。

＜必須(MUST)＞
ITエンジニアとして何らかの実務経験がある方(3年以上の経験が目安です)

＜歓迎(WANT)＞
ネットワークやサーバーに関する知識をお持ちの方
※業務でプログラミング開発を行うことはありません。

「9:00～17:30」と記載がありますが、
正確には、フレックスタイム制を採用しており、
コアタイムは設けておりません。
標準労働時間は7.5時間です。
