【ポジション】
【「FinTech」事業】決済サービス「Anywhere」システムディレクター（導入支援／プロマネ）／株式会社リンク・プロセシング出向

【業務内容】
決済用端末と連動するスマホアプリの開発ディレクションをご担当いただきます。営業と同行しクライアント先を訪問し、技術的な目線から助言をします。また現場でクライアントと要件定義などを行っていただきます。並行して、社内にてプロジェクトの進捗管理、メンバーのマネジメントを行います。

【業務詳細】
（１）プロジェクトの進捗管理・品質管理・要員管理・予算管理
（２）ユーザーや外部パートナー、グループ会社、関連部門等の社内外を含むステークホルダーとの交渉・調整
※案件獲得の営業同行は、週に1度程です。同席し、助言を行っていただきますので、獲得案件数など営業目標が課されることはありません。

【プロジェクト規模】
人数：3-5名　期間：1-9ヶ月
金額：数百万円〜2億円　※3-5つのプロジェクトを同時に進めていただきます。

【商材（Anywhere）について】
従来の専用端末が不要で、スマホやタブレットを使用しクレジットカード決済ができるシステムです。飲食店やタクシー会社などで導入が進んでおり、業界シェアは40%とニッチトップを誇ります。用途に合わせてカスタムやアプリ連携を進めており、今後さらに拡大予定です。

【想定案件】
大手流通グループやタクシー会社など多様なクライアントに同社の決済端末「Anywhere」を導入いたします。

【開発環境】

【必須要件】
以下のいずれかに該当する方
・Webアプリケーションの開発における顧客折衝経験（2年以上）
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方（2年以上）
・Webアプリケーションの開発において要件定義のご経験（2年以上）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
年収
500〜700万円（それ以外に残業手当、通勤手当有り）
月給
基本給：417,000円〜
※給与詳細は経験・能力・前職給与等をふまえて決定します。
賞与：なし
給与改定：年1回（4月）

Job Description

[Business description] 

You will be in charge of development direction for smartphone apps linked to payment terminals. Along with the sales, visit the client and give advice from a technical perspective. You will also be responsible for defining requirements with the client. At the same time, we will manage project progress and members within the company. 

[Business details] 

(1) Project progress management, quality management, personnel management, budget management 

(2) Negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as users, external partners, group companies, related departments, etc. 

* Project acquisition sales The bank is about once a week. There will be no business objectives such as the number of projects won, as you will be present and give advice. 

[Products (Anywhere)] 

This is a system that does not require a conventional dedicated terminal and allows credit card payments using smartphones and tablets. It has been introduced in restaurants and taxi companies, and has an industry share of 40% and boasts a niche top. We are promoting custom and application integration according to usage, and plans to expand further in the future. 

[Assumed project] 

We will introduce our payment terminal “Anywhere” to various clients such as major distribution groups and taxi companies. 

[Development environment]

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who fall into any of the following : 

・ Customer negotiation experience in Web application development (2 years or more) 

・ Project management experience (2 years or more) 

・ Requirement definition in Web application development Experience (more than 2 years)
