Job Description

I will leave the technical account manager of the “OKBIZ.” 

1. About customers and products <OKBIZ. Series> A system for managing FAQs and inquiries for companies. It is used by more than 500 sites of well-known major companies such as 3 major banks and major manufacturers. <Introduction examples> https://www.okwave.co.jp/success/index.html 

2. Specific business , proposals , introduction support , expansion proposals (design, multi-site, etc.) , promotion of transition projects (OKBIZ.6) → OKBIZ.7) 

・ Promoting version upgrades 

* Utilizing technology and product knowledge, we will make proposals to existing customers, solve problems, and solve problems that occur in the system. 

3. You can engage in a mission to lead IT companies to solve major IT issues while touching challenging, attractive and cutting-edge OKWAVE technologies (mainly AI / Chat). 

・ In addition to deepening understanding and gaining experience with the company’s products, you can acquire a wide range of capabilities such as customer negotiation capabilities, proposal capabilities, and problem solving capabilities, and aim to grow as an account manager.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who have at least 2 years of experience below 

1. Experience in 

software product introduction / pre-sales 2. Experience in customer negotiation as a software product engineer (requirement definition / specification presentation) 

3. System Engineer experience

・ Experience with JavaScript 

・ Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4 to 6.5 million yen or more 

* After being decided, it will be decided in consideration of company regulations, skills, career, hopes, etc. 

Annual salary system (12 divisions), pay raise twice a year (January and July, conducted a 360-degree evaluation not only by supervisors but also colleagues and subordinates), commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen)
