Job Description

I would like you to perform the following operations as our“Technology Sales”.

■Specific business content ■

After 1 to 3 months, we will input the basics of the work we will be in charge of in the future.

About the company’s needle and our role

Understanding of products and selection of non-defective and defective products

Basic knowledge of suppliers

▼

Understanding of preparations for shipping to customers and details of preparations

▼

Understanding product manufacturing standards, understanding quality standards, and implementing quality issue countermeasures

▼

Practice of dealing with customers and dealing with external collaboration centers (level grasp / confirmation, ordering, instructions,guidance, etc.)

We plan to leave a wide range of work regardless of experience area, but first we will be responsible for work in the experience area.  Because we will ask you for the work where the issue occurred, it does not necessarily start from the following work, but it will be one cheap.

・ New development sales

・ Responding to customer requests

・ Examination of specifications on drawing plates and products… etc

In the above work, you will work on issues that arise qualitatively.

(Initially, you will be asked to follow up with senior employees.)

You will work on solving multiple issues requested by the leader.

Beyond technical sales,

・ Ask your needs and requests

・ Specification review-design, production request to external collaboration center

・ I would like you to be in charge of everything from inspection to delivery.

・ I want to expand my field of work with more technical knowledge

・ I would like to make a custom-made proposal that captures the customer’s issues and needs instead of the proposal according to the manual.

・ I am worried that the current position is too strong for sales and technical proposals

・ You can feel rewarding in working with outsiders while working hard with communication with them.

This is a job that requires both sales skills and technical knowledge. Unlike general sales positions, technical knowledge, company products,

However, there is a strange part because it needs to be drowned in a wide range.

Payroll details

Salary ¥ 250,000-¥ 280,000 + Full amount of overtime pay +Total cost of transportation

* Determined according to our rules, taking into account age, skills, and experience.

* There is no difference in salary and treatment during the trial period (6 months).
