Job Description

You will be responsible for all aspects of the dispatching business, such as the company’s temporary staffing business and confrontation with registered staff. 

[About customers] 

-Large and medium-sized corporate enterprises / Sales range: Tokyo, other Kanto centers, within the train movement range (there is a possibility of a long-distance business trip) 

[Specific operations] 

1. Sales agency / customer negotiations with the staff registration – correspondence and registration staff to the relevant paperwork and documentation creation and telephone mail correspondence 

2. other business management labor of and temporary employees and other support services

 • The first half of the year Office work center such as OFFJT. Through these, you will gain basic knowledge related to the environment, company, and dispatch. 

・ After that, we will ask you to accompany your seniors and work alone as a sales and assistant while checking your personality and growth. 

・ After 1 to 2 years, you will be active as a sales and sales support representative for a full-scale OKI group company. 

* Depending on the season, this is a half-duty work.

Two to three months in-house work , then sales

・ Various affairs personnel in charge of the general affairs of group companies and senior management There are opportunities for communication in various situations. As a small dispatching agency, we will respond in cooperation with all members such as laws, contracts, audits, health insurance, labor bases, external company transactions in addition to sales. As a result, you can acquire various knowledge, experience and negotiation skills as a temporary agency.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Employment Type: Contract of 6 months (is the positioning of the trial period) 

※ schedule of subsequent promotion to full-time if both agree. 

Bonus twice a year (July / December), salary revision once a year, full transportation expenses, overtime allowance (full payment * no service overtime), technical allowance, housing allowance, family allowance
