【事業内容】
東証一部上場のEPSホールディングス株式会社のグループ企業の一員として、DI業務を核に、医療・医薬・ヘルスケア業界で多様なビジネスを展開しています。

1. 事業領域
■CSO（Contract Sales Organization）事業
医薬品を病院や診療所の医師・看護師に広めるための医薬品営業（MR）を製薬企業の代わりに派遣している事業です。

■DI（Drug Information）事業
院内薬剤師や保険薬局薬剤師、医師からの問い合わせ対応をする「くすり相談窓口」を製薬企業の代わりに受託している事業です。

■BPO（Business Process Outsourcing）事業
市販後の医薬品の適正な使用法を確立するために行われる、製造販売後調査（Post Marketing Surveillance）を製薬企業の代わりに受託する他、薬の説明書きである「添付文書」や「おくすりのしおり」の作成を製薬企業の代わりに受託している事業です。

■MDS（Medical Device Support）事業
手術器具や衛生用品などの医療機器を、病院や診療所の医師・看護師に広めるための医療機器営業を、医療機器企業の代わりに派遣している事業です。

2. 業界規模
■医薬業：8兆円
その中でMRとして従事している人は6万人いると言われ、そのうちコントラクトMRは6％程度と言われています。ちなみに欧米では、全MRの10〜30％をコントラクトMRが占めているようで、日本でも年々需要が増加しており現在採用活動に力を入れています。

■医療機器：2兆7000億円
その中で営業として従事している人は1万5,000人と言われ、そのうちCSO所属の営業マンはほぼ同社のみ60名（全体の0.4％）。業界では先発組であり、需要も徐々に増えているため、先行者メリットの恩恵を現在受けつつも、更に拡張していく予定です。

・医療機器営業経験(大型検査機器を想定)
・柔軟性
・責任遂行能力、目標達成意欲

・請負/派遣型人材ビジネス経験
・その他業界でのエンジニア経験
・医療業界での業務経験
・臨床(病院勤務)経験あれば尚可 (臨床経験のみの方は不可)
※マネジメント経験あれば尚可

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：400〜700万円
※経験、資格、スキルにより優遇します。

年俸制、給与改定年1回、交通費全額支給

Job Description

This is a position where you will be dedicated in the field service engineer field, which is our new human resources business. 

In the future, as we expand this area, we are looking for people who can be creative and work as [promoters]! 

It is a plan to gain experience and achievements and to step up as a manager in the near future. 

・ Project planning- Drafting 

・ Project management (requirements definition, predictive management, PJ personnel support, client support, etc.) 

・ Client development / human resource recruitment support

Hiring requirements

・ Medical equipment sales experience (assuming large testing equipment)

・ Contract / dispatch type Human resources business experience , engineer experience in other industries, work experience in medical industry, clinical (hospital working) experience is preferable (only for clinical experience)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4-7 million yen 

* Preferential treatment based on experience, qualifications and skills. 

Annual salary system, salary revision once a year, full payment of transportation expenses
