【東京本社】WEBディレクター

【配属部署】
部門全体では30名が所属しております。配属予定の課は15名程度のディレクターチームです。
平均年齢は34歳で、全社の中でも比較的落ち着いた雰囲気のある職人集団です。

主に不動産ディベロッパーに対する、インターネット広告・物件サイトの企画・構成・構築・進行管理、及び担当する課のマネジメントをご担当頂きます。
【具体的には】
・インターネット広告代理業務
（ディベロッパーに対するインターネットメディアを駆使したプロモーションの企画・提案）
・WEBサイト（物件サイト、ディベロッパーのHP等）の構築・運営・管理業務
・マネジメント業務
【業務の流れ】
・企画：営業がヒアリングを行った案件について、社内で営業と共に企画立案を行います。
・提案：営業と共にクライアントへ提案に行くこともあります。
・ディレクション：受注後は提案内容に基づいてデザイナーのディレクション、進行管理を行います。

【必須要件】
・WEBディレクターとしての実務経験をお持ちの方
・サイトのディレクション、制作、運営いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
月給：27.5万円〜（残業手当含む）※経験・能力に応じて同社規定により優遇
昇給年2回、賞与年2回
研修・試用期間：3ヶ月（給与は本採用時と同額）

Job Description

You will be responsible for the planning, composition, construction and progress management of Internet advertisements and property sites, and management of the section in charge, mainly for real estate developers.

– WEB site (Property site, such as the HP Developer) construction, operation, and management of the management business

・ Planning: For the case that the sales staff interviewed, we will plan together with the sales team. 

・ Proposal: I sometimes go to the client to make a proposal with the sales. 

・ Direction: After receiving an order, we will direct the designer and manage the progress based on the proposal.

・ Proposals and directions with a high degree of freedom are possible regardless of the method. 

-Based on the know-how gained from Nomura Real Estate and Septeni, he will be involved in a wide range of operations, from planning to accompanying customers. 

・ Because it is a standing position as an advertising agency, there are many deals that deal directly with customers. 

・ This position is characterized by the ability to make in-depth proposals from the planning stage to the customer’s business. 

The company has knowledge of successful cases in the planning and promotion of Proud Club. 

For this reason, there is an increasing number of cases where developers are required to have a promotion strategy that includes the content and design of their websites and the production of “Friends’ Associations”. 

-One of the attractions is that you can be involved in highly discretionary work and manage members. 

[Difficulty of work] 

・ The speed of rotating PDCA is about a week for real estate advertisements. Catch-up is always required. 

・ Real estate products are expensive products. Therefore, it is necessary to have a reliable promotion.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

・ Persons with practical experience as web directors 

・ Persons with experience in either direction, production or operation of the site

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Monthly salary: 275,000 yen-(including overtime allowance) * According to the company’s regulations, preferential 

– salary increases twice a year, bonuses twice a year 

Training / trial period: 3 months (salary is the same as at the time of full employment)
