Job Description

Sales operations at the company, the world’s largest aquaculture company with production bases in six countries (Norway, Canada, Chile, Scotland, Ireland, Faroe Islands) and processing and sales bases in 12 countries Engaged in business + trade office work. The Frozen Team imports chilean frozen salmon into Japan and sells it to mass retailers and the restaurant industry. We will process at overseas factories before importing, and process and sell at domestic consignment factories after importing, so we will follow up on domestic logistics. 

• The world’s largest salmon farmer. 
• Administrative work: Aggregation of daily sales from sales, input to management system, inventory management, creation of other sales materials, etc. 
• Trade work: Norway, Marine Harvest Chile Trade operations when importing from, etc. 

* Opportunities to use English (email, phone) in exchange with Chile and customs clearance. 

[Specifically] 

● Trade affairs , sea freight import affairs (requests for preparation of customs clearance documents, content check), processing trade affairs , production follow-up work at overseas factories. 

● Domestic sales affairs/ordering (email, (Telephone, fax). 

・Inventory management, 

・Purchase, 

・Sales management, Invoicing, 

・Purchasing using PC, 

・Data entry into sales management system, 

・Other duties (telephone, visitor correspondence, filing, document delivery, etc.).

Hiring requirements

• Requirement: 

・ Over 3 years of sales and trade experience. 

・ English ability (level that allows you to communicate with overseas by telephone and email). 

・ Intermediate PC skills (Excel pivot, Vlookup, etc).

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

• Monthly salary system (* annual salary = monthly salary x 12 months + performance bonus + overtime allowance). 
• Performance bonus: paid in March every year (15 to 10% of bonus base, 22 to 12% in 2016). 
• Salary revision: Once a year (2016 results: 8.6% to 1.2%).

営業：スタッフ×３名（内１名がマネージャーを兼務）
事務：スタッフ×6名


■職務内容：
世界6ヶ国（ノルウェー、カナダ、チリ、スコットランド、アイルランド、フェロー諸島）に生産拠点を持ち、12ヶ国に加工、販売拠点を持つ世界最大規模の養殖会社である同社にて、営業事務業務＋貿易事務業務に携わります。フローズンチームでは主にチリ産の冷凍サーモンを日本に輸入し、量販店や外食産業に販売しています。輸入前に海外工場で加工したり、輸入後に国内委託工場で加工販売を行いますので、国内物流に関してのフォローを行います。

■世界最大規模のサーモン養殖事業者
■事務業務：営業から日々計上される売上げの集計、管理システムへの入力業務、在庫管理、その他のセールス資料の作成など
■貿易業務：本国ノルウェーやマリンハーベストチリなどから輸入する際の貿易事務
※チリとのやり取りや、通関業務の中で英語(メール、電話)を使う機会が発生します。

【具体的には】

●貿易事務
・海上貨物の輸入事務業務(通関用書類の作成依頼、内容のチェック)
・加工貿易事務
・海外工場の生産フォロー業務
●国内営業事務
・受発注業務（メール、電話、ファックス）
・在庫管理
・仕入・売上管理、請求書作成
・PCを使用しての仕入れ・販売管理システムへの入力業務
・その他業務(電話対応、来客対応、ファイリング、書類発送、他)

　販売しているサーモンのタイプは2つです。
　1）生サーモン
　2）冷凍サーモン

　卸業者や小売店、回転寿司などの外食産業向けに養殖サーモンを販売。

　・卸業者（スーパー、百貨店）
　・外食産業（寿司屋、レストラン）

・営業事務および貿易事務経験３年以上
・英語力（電話およびメールで海外とのやり取りができるレベル）
