【配属部署】
マネージャー(日本人）＋QAスタッフ＋QAスタッフ（増員ポジション）

クオリティーチームは製品企画の段階から、製造、出荷、販売後までを幅広くカバーし、弊社の製品やサービスの品質保証を行います。

• 品質基準、品質方針、ツールの発案や改定に関わる諸アクションの企画実施
• 商品規格書の作成およびサポート
• 新商品の製造開始時のプロセスおよび基準の作成、導入および運用
• 製造・加工工場（国内、海外、社内外）の工程監査、改善フォロー
• 社内外からの食品品質・安全に関する問い合わせ対応
• クレーム対応、その後の改善計画など

【事業内容】
全世界に22拠点（10,200名）の加工・販売拠点を持つ世界最大規模のサーモン養殖事業者であり、オスロ証券取引所に上場している企業です。

1.主力製品
　販売しているサーモンのタイプは2つです。
　1）生サーモン
　2）冷凍サーモン

2.収益モデル
　卸業者や小売店、回転寿司などの外食産業向けに養殖サーモンを販売。

3.主要顧客
　・卸業者（スーパー、百貨店）
　・外食産業（寿司屋、レストラン）

4.特徴
　世界6カ国・地域（ノルウェー、カナダ、チリ、スコットランド、アイルランド、フェロー諸島）に生産拠点、
　12カ国に加工・販売拠点を持ち、主に輸入サーモンの卸売販売を行っています。
　親会社はノルウェーにあり、アメリカ、チリ、ヨーロッパ、アジアとグローバルに事業展開を行ってます。
　日本では成田工場と関西工場があり、新たに2014年には成田第二工場も竣工しました。

　特に品質管理方針については、食の安全、食の品質、健やかな魚の成長のために、

◆必須経験/能力
• 食品業界（水産業なら尚可）での3年の品質保証業務の経験
• JAS法、食品衛生法、食品表示法など品質保証に関わる知識
• 食品安全管理システムの知識および運用経験（SQF,HACCP. ISO9001, ISO22000など）
• 一括表示、商品企画書作成の経験
• 英文での読み書き

• 食品製造工場・加工工場での品質管理の経験
• 海外での監査対応の経験
• 英会話


【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
・月給制です（※年収＝月給×12ヶ月＋業績賞与＋残業手当）
月収には基本給（233,000～350,000円）＋定額払時間外手当残業（30時間＋深夜5時間相当分、64,000~96,000円）を含む。実時間が上回る場合は差額を支給します。
・業績賞与：例年3月支給
・給与改定：年1回
・現収や経験を考慮し想定額より増減することがあります。

・確定拠出企業年金（基本給の５％相当。勤続３年以上）

Job Description

The quality team covers a wide range from product planning to manufacturing, shipment and post-sales, and guarantees the quality of our products and services. 

• Planning and implementation of actions related to the drafting and revision of quality standards, quality policies, tools. 

• Creation and support of product standards. 

• Creation, introduction and operation of processes and standards at the start of production of new products. 

• Manufacturing and processing plants ( domestic, overseas, a process audit of internal and external), improved follow-up. 

• inquiries related to food quality and safety from both internal and external. 

• claims-aware, such as the subsequent improvement plan.

Hiring requirements

◆ Required experience / capabilities 

• 3 years of quality assurance work experience in the food industry (preferably in the fishery industry). 

• Knowledge related to quality assurance such as JAS Law, Food Sanitation Law, Food Labeling Law. 

• Knowledge of food safety management system Operation experience (SQF, HACCP. ISO9001, ISO22000, etc.) 

• Batch display, product plan creation experience. 

• Reading and writing in English.

• Experience in quality control at food manufacturing and processing plants. 

• Auditing overseas Experience. 

• English conversation.

fixed overtime system

Fixed overtime. 

Pay basic salary: 233,000 yen to 350,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 64,000 yen to 96,000 yen.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

・Monthly wage system (* annual salary = monthly salary x 12 months + performance bonus + overtime allowance.) 

Basic salary (233,000-350,000 yen) + monthly fixed overtime pay overtime (30 hours + equivalent to 5 hours late at night, 64,000-96,000 yen) )including. If the actual time exceeds, the difference will be paid. 

・ Performance bonus: Annual payment in March. 

・ Salary revision: Once a year. 

・ Increase or decrease from the expected amount considering current income and experience.

・ Commutation allowance (paid in full within the tax-exempt limit). 

・ Defined contribution corporate pension (equivalent to 5% of basic salary. More than 3 years of service).
