【仕事内容】
自社で企画・開発・運営している不動産一括査定サイト「イエイ」とオンラインリフォームサービス「リノコ」のサイトデザイン、コンテンツメニューの拡充業務、コーディング作業などを主にお任せいたします。

完全内製の自社サービスサイトのため、ご自身の作業効果を数値としてすぐに実感することができます。
見た目のデザイン制作に加え、ユーザーの分析データなどを元に継続的に効果を検証し、ユーザビリティを高める改善を行い、より使いやすく魅力的なサイトにしていただきたいと考えています。

業務内容はスキルや希望に応じてお任せします。
また、Webデザイナーの枠にとどまらず、将来的にはディレクターやサイト運営責任者として力を発揮していただける方も大歓迎です。

【チームの雰囲気】
開発部門のエンジニアやマーケティング部門の広告担当者らと話し合いながら、制作に着手いただきます。5名程度のまだ小さいチームでワンフロアで作業をしているため、チーム間の壁はありません。社員も20～30代がほとんどなので、立場に関係なく誰もがフランクに意見を出し合える環境で、スピーディーに意思決定をしています。

【必須要件】
・Photoshopなどを使ったWebデザインの経験がある方（2年以上）
・HTML/CSSコーディングの知識があり、制作したWebデザインを実装する能力がある方

We will be mainly responsible for site design, content menu expansion work, coding work, etc. for the real estate lump-sum assessment site “Yei” and online renovation service “Rinoko”, which are planned, developed and operated in-house. 

Because it is a completely in-house service site, you can immediately feel your work effectiveness as a numerical value. 

In addition to visual design creation, we will continue to verify the effects based on user analysis data, etc., improve usability, and make the site easier to use and more attractive. 

Depending on your skills and your wishes, we will leave the work to you. 

In addition to those who are not limited to web designers, those who can demonstrate their power as directors and site managers in the future are also welcome. 

Use the experience you have cultivated so far to actively create ideas and opinions to create a better site! 

[Team atmosphere] 

You can start production while discussing with engineers in the development department and advertising managers in the marketing department. There is no barrier between teams because we are working on a single floor with a small team of about 5 people. Since most employees are in their 20s and 30s, decisions are made quickly in an environment where everyone can share their opinions with Frank regardless of their position.

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

・ Web design experience using Photoshop etc. (2 years or more) 

・ Human knowledge of HTML / CSS coding and ability to implement the created web design
