Job Description

You will be responsible for design direction of the company’s products and UI / UX design. Aiming for a UI / UX that can make the most of the product’s functions, we will create a system that is carefully selected.

The company is currently investing heavily in development and working on fundamental reforms. The key to successful refactoring is UI / UX design.

We provide one-stop solutions to corporate sales issues, including sales support consulting and training, as well as sales support system development / sales and operation support. 

In response to recent trends in work style reforms, there is a strong need for the company’s products that can reduce work hours and increase sales by streamlining operations, and we are still receiving inquiries from various companies. Under these circumstances, fiscal 2019, the second year of the medium-term management plan, is positioned as a structural reform period, and we are investing heavily in development and working on fundamental reforms.

・ Creation of the system: The system “e-Sales Manager” provided by the company has a proven track record in CRM / SFA (sales support systems). Supporting everything from sales issues to IT to improve productivity and achieve customer success. 

・ Modeling: Based on the concept of process management, we support the solution of corporate sales issues through educational elements such as sales consulting and training.


Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Experience as a Web designer or UI designer 

2. Markup knowledge and experience such as HTML / CSS 

3. Experience working with engineers

1. Experience starting a service from the base 

2. Coding skills as designed 

3. Web direction experience


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 6 million yen 

* Determined according to skills and experience. 

Performance bonus: Once a year (March), Salary increase: Twice a year (reviewed according to individual performance and ability), Commuting allowance (full payment * up to 100,000 yen) 

<Model annual income> 

10th year of new graduates (34 (Years old): 7 million yen + achievement bonus 

1st year (26 years old): 4.5 million yen + achievement bonus
