Job Description

The company’s accounting team will be involved in the following operations. 

■ Specifically, 

・ Monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual financial statements preparation, etc. 

■ Attractive position positions, 

・ Experience in accounting for listed companies, but you are not limited in scope . Because you can be in charge of work according to the career you have experienced, you can engage in general accounting work. 

・ Because there are overseas bases and NASDAQ listed companies, those who can use English can experience a wider range of accounting work in cooperation with overseas.

・ KIBIT, an artificial intelligence developed independently, is an AI that can learn tacit knowledge such as a person’s experience and knowledge and derive the same level of information as that person. Hiring requirements

■ Required conditions 

・ Over 5 years of accounting experience. 

・ Persons with good communication skills. 

■ Welcome conditions 

・ English (business level.)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 5 million to 9 million yen. 

* Determined by company regulations based on previous job, experience, skills, etc. 

Salary revision once a year (June), bonus year twice (June / December), commuting allowance (month) (Up to 50,000 yen).

・月次決算、四半期、年次決算の財務諸表の作成など

1. 主力サービス
　1）リーガル事業
　　民事訴訟をはじめ、PL訴訟、特許侵害訴訟や、カルテル調査など

　　証拠の特定、収集、提出、及び予兆監査までをカバーするディスカバリ総合支援サービス。
　　※ディスカバリ（証拠開示）とは、被告・原告の双方が証拠を開示する米国訴訟独特の制度。

　2）新規事業
　　デジタルマーケティング、ヘルスケア、ビジネスインテリジェンス、
　　この3つの事業分野を柱に、人工知能を活用した情報解析事業を展開しています。
　　　①デジタルマーケティング
　　　　「KIBIT」に、消費者自身の好き嫌いの判断を学ばせ、
　　　　膨大な情報の中から感覚にマッチしたものを提示することで利用満足度向上を実現するサービス。
　　　「KIBIT」搭載ロボットKibiroの法人・個人向けの提供も開始予定です。
　　　②ヘルスケア
　　　　膨大なデータベースである電子カルテの解析から問診中の会話の分析まで行い、医療現場の業務改善や
　　　　患者が最善の医療サービスを受ける手助けとなる情報を提供するサービス。
　　　　転倒・転落防止システムの販売/提供開始も進めています。
　　 ③ビジネスインテリジェンス
　　　　KIBITに、専門性の高い知的財産部門の担当者や人事担当者、営業マネージャーや
　　　　プロジェクトマネージャーの暗黙知を学ばせることで、分析、予測、傾向といった
　　　　ビジネス上の判断を支援する情報を導き出すサービス。

2. 収益モデル
　上記サービスにおけるプロジェクト受注・運営費。及び、ワンショットでのサービス提供売上。

増員。1名は日本語ネイティブの方。もう1名は英語での経理業務を行える方。

■必須条件
・経理実務経験5年以上
・要領のよくコミュニケーション能力高い人

■歓迎条件
・英語（ビジネスレベル）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：500万～900万円
※前職、経験、スキルなどにより、同社規定により決定します

給与改定年1回（6月）、賞与年2回（6・12月）、通勤手当（月5万円まで支給）
