Job Description

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. The following work experience for medical institutions , management consulting , personnel organization consulting , system introduction proposals , finance proposals, etc. 

2. Skills that enable communication at a high level, both inside and outside the company

1 Employment experience at a strategic or HR consulting company 

2. Experience at the following small / medium-sized business companies, start-up of new business , management planning 

, business planning, etc.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

– The monthly salary of 446,000 to 642,000 yen includes fixed overtime (105,000 to 151,000 yen for 40 hours). 

* The extra 40 hours will be paid separately. 

– Salary assessment twice a year / bonus twice a year, transportation expenses (up to 35,000 yen per month)
