Job Description

As a project manager in the outsourcingbusiness in the human resources and labor fields, you will be responsible forcustomer service and project management. The cloud-based personnel system“EHR” is used to support the administrative and professional duties (timemanagement, payroll, social insurance procedures, etc.) of the human resourcesdepartment of customers. 

[Specific operations] 
1. Operation of customer operations (outsourcing of personnel / labor) ,project management , contact with existing customers (communication withcustomers, adjustment of operations), operations in charge of business(payroll processing, (Social insurance procedure work, HR work) 

2. Expansion of customer service entrustment, understanding customerneeds, and proposals for optimal operation methods 
* Depending on the proposal , the EHR system may be modified orcustomized. We will work in cooperation with Technology Co., Ltd.(Group company that develops and maintains systems). 

3. Supporting HR issues as a customer partner 
Involved in various events that occur in the company HR, we will run parallelto solve them. 

4. Total support for customer’s entire HR / labor work * If youwant, advice on 
process management, work quality management , problem extraction by statusanalysis , review of personnel information management techniques andregulations

The attention from the country and the public, such as workstyle reform, has increased compared to the past. With regard toissues such as the Thirty-six Agreements, customers can acquire legal knowledgeand system knowledge through the business for the client companies to performbusiness operations legally and smoothly by utilizing the EHRsystem. Projects are highly sustainable because they are less susceptibleto market conditions. 
Because the business cycle is fixed (eg monthly cycle forpayroll, annual work such as year-end adjustment), it is easy to plan work andprivate. Thereturn rate from maternity leave and maternity leave is 100% for the entirecompany, and some employees work shorter hours

Expected annual income: 3.6 million yen to 5.2million yen * Determined according to company regulations, taking into accountexperience and ability. Monthly salary: 190,000 yen-260,000 yen Regardless of whether overtime work or not, a uniform payment is provided as anovertime allowance up to 45 hours a month. 
* Overtime allowance and late night allowance exceeding 45 hours are paid infull. 
Salary increase: Determined by personnel review twice a year, bonus twice ayear (July and December), full payment of transportation expenses
