Job Description

As a general manager of the Human Resources & General Affairs Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks according to your experience. First of all, you will be in charge of your field of expertise and gradually expand your business. In the future, I will be responsible for the overall management department.

1. HR business and employment in general (mid-career, part-time employed) and adopted public relations and labor (office outsourcing) and institutional, education and salary calculation (affairs outsourcing) 

2. Affairs and other business – Management of internal regulations, operation / office entry management, operation / representative seal, contract-related management / operation / facility management, operation / firefighting, disaster prevention-related operations / equipment, facility repair / related management / legal support 

3. IPO (New listing) Business (IPO related support)

Those who have more than 3 years of experience related to personnel, general affairs, or legal affairs.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.5 million to 8 million yen 

* Determined according to age and skill. 

* Monthly salary from 96,000 yen (for an annual income of 4.5 million yen) to 171,000 yen (for an annual income of 800 yen) is paid as a fixed overtime fee equivalent to 45 hours a month. 

 The excess is paid separately.
