Job Description

I am in charge of a CAD operator who creates facility drawings for the Group in Japan and overseas. Start with the support of senior employees, where you will be able to work on your own.

1. DRAWING construction of facilities using CAD (new stores, remodeling). 

※ use software: JW-CAD, AutoCAD.

Mandatory Requirements

・ Experience creating drawings using CAD in the real estate and construction industries (including assistance for modification etc.). 

* Either JW-CAD or AutoCAD can be used. 

[Allowable]

-Experienced in creating sales marketing materials-Experienced in sales support operations-Experienced in creating materials using Illustrator and Photoshop.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 3.5 million yen to 3.9 million yen. 

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 280,000 yen. 

* As a fixed overtime equivalent of 30 hours a month, the monthly salary is paid from 44,000 yen to 530,000 yen. * Excess portion is provided separately. 

* Determined with full consideration of ability, experience, previous salary, etc. 

Bonus: Twice a year (July / December), Commuting expenses (up to 30,000 yen).
