【配属部署】
※総勢21名、うち男性19名、女性2名からなります。
※M&Aコンサルティングを行う部署です。
※ 20代と30代中心の若手中心。半分以上が中途入社。

企業合併、事業承継、資本提携、業務提携、企業再生等のコンサルティング支援

【具体的には】

変化が激しく、常に迅速な判断と行動が求められる現代の経営環境。
特に中堅・中小企業の経営現場においては、 後継者問題、事業拡大、事業の選択と集中、事業再構築等、様々な経営課題があります。

それらの課題を名南コンサルティングネットワーク内の リソース(税理士、公認会計士、社会保険労務士、司法書士、弁護士等)と融合し、 企業合併、事業承継、資本提携、業務提携というＭ＆Ａの見地から 支援していくコンサルティング業務です。

より具体的には

・対象企業（譲渡先・譲受先）へのコンサルテーション・評価・査定
・Ｍ＆Ａ対象企業及びマーケット情報の収集と探索・マッチング
・付帯するドキュメンテーション業務（株式譲渡契約書、基本合意契約書等）
・交渉及び調整

となります。

・大卒以上
・法人営業経験があり金融系の知識又は決算書が読める

・ヒト・モノ・カネのいずれかの側面から経営者との商談を積み重ねてきた経験
