Job Description

In Rakuten Pay Service (https://pay.rakuten.co.jp/), we are looking for UX designers who can play an active role.

Based on the concept of EC (Internet service) experience in real life !, we would like to help you make the service more user-friendly by considering the user experience of the entire Rakuten Pay service.

In charge of the marketing and planning departments, we are responsible for verifying whether the apps and web designs that we created really function by conducting user research (quantitative and qualitative surveys), creating prototypes, and sometimes conducting user interviews. We will have you improve every day.

The introduction of Lean Process and the introduction of a process that improves quickly in a short period of 2 to 3 weeks is also being considered in the future, so those who can lead it are welcome.

In addition, the development stage has many multinational members, and in particular, it is a fun workplace where engineers can communicate in English and work from a global perspective.

Change the world with Rakuten Pay! That ’s why we work hard every day.

We are looking forward to applying for those who can work hard together to create a cashless society in the fast-growing FinTech service!
