Job Description

Hiring requirement

[Required] 

More than 2 years of experience in working adults, BtoC experience 

[Welcome conditions] 

(1) Persons who have negotiation experience with sales, sales, service, etc. 

　* Experienced in the beauty industry and school 

(2) General PC operation, Those who can operate Word / Excel / PowerPoint

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Salary 3,307,500 yen-4,788,000 yen 

* Monthly salary 275,625 yen (basic monthly salary 210,000 yen + fixed overtime fee 65,625) to 

　monthly salary 399,000 yen (basic monthly salary 304,000 yen + fixed overtime fee 95,000) 

■ Annual salary system (12 divisions) 

■ Overtime for annual salary Includes the fee (40 hours per month). 

Extra payment is added 

■ Performance-linked bonus 

■ Commuting allowance Payment based on company regulations (within the tax exemption limit under the Income Tax Law)

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
年収3,307,500円-4,788,000円
※月額給与275,625円（月額基本給210,000円+固定残業代65,625）～
　月額給与399,000円（月額基本給304,000円+固定残業代95,000）
■年俸制（12分割）
■年俸には残業代（月40時間分）を含む。
超過分は追加支給
■業績連動賞与あり
■通勤手当　会社規定に基づき支給（所得税法上の非課税限度額の範囲内）
