Job Description

VP of Engineering [Department] Development Headquarters: A professional team specializing in various technologies such as Ruby / Scala / JavaScript / Go / Python. In addition, there are developers who can carry out product development while thinking about business. You will contribute to the growth of the entire engineering team through education of development members and daily communication.

・ Product development progress management

・ Team management (1on1 interview, evaluation, motivation management website, etc.)

・ Coordination with other departments

・ Development and implementation support website [Business description] Operation of advertising services

・ Over 2 years experience in product management (progress management, team management)

・ Implementation experience of servers, front desks, and infrastructure [Benefit conditions / Bonus for salary increase]
