As a service plan for “wakumo”, the company’s new business, I will be in charge of planning service development, etc. between sales and development. The mission is to quickly reflect the needs of customers and users in the service.
This is a part-time job matching platform for the purpose of creating many jobs with the aim of improving the Japanese workforce. New service launched in 2019.
<Planning and direction of service development>
1. Planning of service, UI (user interface) improvement, etc.
2. Direction etc.
・ I will be in charge of a wide range of work for service updates.
・ As soon as the service is launched, we need someone who can design the service as we enter the expansion period.
Those who satisfy all of the following :
1. Some planning experience of Web services.
2. Able to talk with development and business side in a common language [Possible].
1. Can make function planning proposals based on user stories Way.
2. Experience of UI improvement from the user’s perspective.
3. Good customer negotiation.
4. Good in- house adjustment.
Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Expected annual income: 4 million yen to 6.5 million yen
* We will give preferential treatment according to regulations after considering experience and ability.
* Annual income includes 45 hours of fixed overtime. (Excess portion will be paid separately.)
* In the case of a planning job, there is a possibility that labor discretion may be applied. In that case, the annual income includes only 45 hours per month of overtime.
Annual salary system (paid in 12 splits), salary increase twice a year (April / October), promotion (as needed), transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month )
Annual income: 5.4 million yen, monthly fee: 450,000 Yen: Fixed overtime 115,000 yen per month.
