Job Description

As the designer of the company’s wastewater treatment plant, you will be involved in the following tasks. 

[Concrete work] 

I will leave the detailed design of the wastewater treatment plant. In order to solve customer’s technical problems, not the general-purpose products, but design according to the needs of each client company. 

1. Engineering flow sheet, water balance sheet, creation of design calculation (capacity calculation, equipment selection) 

2. Specification design of purchased equipment, procurement arrangement, service construction arrangement, cost calculation 

3. Domestic, China, Taiwan

・ Environmental plant detailed design work for a Japanese company operating in Southeast Asia

In 2012, we became a member of the group as an advanced environmental engineering company with a top-class track record in comprehensive environmental protection technology.

・ The company is responsible for plant construction within the  Group, including industrial wastewater, exhaust gas treatment equipment, and soil purification technology. 

・ The company has a track record of over 4,500 construction projects in Japan and overseas, and is developing a comprehensive environmental conservation engineering business in Japan and overseas. 

・ Being gradually extended to retirement age 65 (currently 62 years old), there is an environment where employees can get along well and work easily.

Hiring requirements


Plant engineer experience (design, maintenance and maintenance experience)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4 million to 7 million yen (including bonuses and overtime) 

* Determined by company regulations, taking into account experience, annual income of previous work, age, etc. 

Monthly salary: 219,030 yen ~ 


30 years old Single: 4 million yen (not including overtime) 

Married 35 years old: 5.6 million yen (2 children, not including overtime) 

40 years old Manager: 6 million yen 

Raise: Year Once (April), Bonus: Twice a year (June / December * may vary depending on assessment), Commuting allowance (up to 30,000 yen / month based on company regulations), Overtime allowance: Full payment,
