Webアプリケーションエンジニア

同社では数百万の法人ユーザを抱える既存サービスから、AI・IoT関連の新規サービスまで、様々なサービス・アプリケーションを開発しています。
Web アプリケーションエンジニアは、Ruby on Rails、Java、Golangなどを用いて、様々なサービスの開発や機能追加を行います。
※担当するプロダクト・プロジェクトは状況やスキルマッチ度などに応じて決定させて頂きます。

具体的な職務内容は以下の通りです。
・Webアプリケーション開発、モバイルアプリケーション向けAPI開発
・アプリケーション要件に基づいたアーキテクチャの設計、ミドルウェアの選定
・ユーザの利用状況や運用上の課題・要望を踏まえたサービス改善

1.「農業×IT」
農業分野では、佐賀県生産振興部、佐賀大学農学部と三者連携協定を結び「楽しく、かっこよく、稼げる農業」を実現すべく実証実験を行っています。

独自開発したアグリドローンから空撮したデータ、センサーから取得したデータ、ユーザのウェアラブルカメラから撮影したデータなどをクラウド上（Cloud IoT OS）に格納し、地理空間情報、位置情報と時刻で関連付け、RGBモードや近赤外モードなどで解析することで、害虫を自動的に特定、自動で駆除します。ITで安心・安全・おいしい無農薬・減農薬野菜を実現しています。
2.医療×IT

3.水産×IT
13年連続で海苔生産量日本一を誇る、佐賀有明海域において、ノリ養殖の品質および収量の向上、病害や赤潮対策、海苔漁家の作業負担軽減や所得向上を目指す6者間連携協定(佐賀県、佐賀大学、佐賀県有明海漁協、農林中央金庫、NTTドコモ、オプティム)を締結。実証実験では、世界初のLPWA・セルラー通信機能搭載固定翼型ドローン「オプティムホーク」など最新のIoT機器の活用、AIを用いたビッグデータの分析を実施しています。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：350万～900万円（賞与込）、月給：26万～65万円
昇減給 年1～2回（個人評価に応じて支給）、賞与年2回（7月・1月、会社、個人業績に応じて支給）、交通費支給（上限3万円／月）

Job Description

The company develops various services and applications from existing services with millions of corporate users to new AI / IoT related services.
Web application engineers use Ruby on Rails, Java, Golang, etc. to develop various services and add functions.

Specific job descriptions are as follows.

[Service (project) example]
1. In the “Agriculture x IT” agriculture field, we have signed a tripartite agreement with the Saga Prefectural Production Promotion Department and the Faculty of Agriculture, Saga University, and are conducting demonstration experiments to realize “fun, cool and profitable agriculture”. Data from agron drone originally developed, data obtained from sensors, data taken from user wearable cameras, etc. Is stored in the cloud (Cloud IoT OS), correlated with geospatial information, location information and time, and analyzed in RGB mode or near infrared mode to automatically identify and eliminate pests. We have realized safe, secure, delicious pesticide-free and reduced pesticide vegetables with IT.
2. In the field of medical care and IT medical care, we established “Medical Innovation Research Institute” with Saga University to conduct joint research on future-type medical care using IoT / AI. We aim to detect and treat “glaucoma”, “diabetic retinopathy”, and “age-related macular degeneration” by using AI to analyze the clinical image data of the fundus.  In addition, in collaboration with Oda Hospital in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, we have started a demonstration experiment for home medical care.
3. Fisheries × IT In the Saga Ariake area, which boasts the highest seaweed production in Japan for 13 consecutive years, improved quality and yield of laver culture, A six-party agreement (Saga Prefecture, Saga University, Saga Prefecture Ariake Sea Fishery Cooperative, Norinchukin Bank, NTT Docomo, Optim) was signed to reduce red tide, reduce the burden on laver fishermen, and raise income. In the demonstration experiment, we are using the latest IoT devices such as the world’s first LPWA / cellular communication equipped fixed wing drone “Optim Hawk” and analyzing big data using AI.

Requirements
