WEBコンサルティング事業部・内勤スタッフ

【配属部署】
採用の新しいスタンダードをつくるために昨年10月に起ち上げた事業部。
現在は求人検索エンジンのindeedや採用ホームページの提案で順調に売り上げを
伸ばしていています。今後の展開としては10年以上の採用のノウハウとWEBマーケ
ティングのノウハウを高いレベルで融合させ、新しい採用手法を確立していく予定です。


【具体的な業務】
1.WEB広告の運用
Indeedの運用・アカウント管理
リスティング広告の運用

2.効果分析
CVR測定・課題抽出・解決策の立案

3.広告企画・立案
採用ホームページのブランディング
リスティング広告やSNSを利用しての採用手法の企画・立案

【事業内容】
＜求人広告代理業＞
リクルート専属代理店（トップパートナー）として、リクルートが展開する求人媒体（リクナビ、リクナビNEXT、リクナビ派遣、とらばーゆ、はたらいく、タウンワーク、フロムエーnaviなど）や、全国の地方媒体（フリーペーパー、折込チラシなど）を活用した、採用に関する総合コンサルティング全般。

＜総合人事支援事業＞
企業の人事制度の立案・導入や労務関連の業務アウトソーシング、社員の教育・研修に関する企画・実施など

＜人材紹介事業＞
社員募集領域における有料職業紹介事業

【必須要件】
WEB広告の運用経験1年以上

【尚可】
1. Excel上でデータの検索・抽出・統合ができる方
2. 複数の要素が含まれたグラフを作成できる方
3.VLOOKUP関数を使った経験
4. ピボットテーブルでのクロス集計経験

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
月給：18万円以上
チーフ昇格後：月給20万円以上
※あくまで最低保証給です。経験・能力などを最大限考慮し優遇します。

昇給年1回、賞与年2回（会社業績による）、交通費支給（月3万5000円まで）

〈年収例〉
入社3年（チーフ）の場合：年収320万円（月給22万円＋賞与、他手当）

Hiring requirements

* Non- industry welcome

Over 1 year of web advertising experience

1. Those who can search, extract and integrate data on Excel 

2. Those who can create graphs with multiple elements 

3.Experience using VLOOKUP function 4.Cross tabulation experience in pivot table.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary: 180,000 yen or more 

After promotion to chief: Monthly salary of 200,000 yen or more 

* Minimum guaranteed salary. We will give preferential treatment in consideration of experience and ability. 

Annual salary increase, bonus twice a year (depending on company performance), transportation expenses (up to 35,000 yen per month) 

<Annual income> 

3 years after joining the company (Chief): Annual income 3.2 million yen (monthly salary 220,000 yen + bonus) , Other allowance).

Welfare
