Job Description

◆ You will be responsible for the design work for the websites of the services provided by the Lux Group. 

Expansion of the designer team accompanying business expansion. 

Each product is committed to expanding sales channels in the future, and the number of projects has doubled over the past three years.

How to proceed

The team system consists of 3 directors and 6 designers. 

The director confirms the importance of each request that is not in the PJ system and is requested in the rain in May, and allocates the request in consideration of the request response status of each designer and the work schedule. 

* Since the service in charge is not fixed, it is an image that everyone responds to requests for all services. 

About the number of projects in charge

 About 160 in total (about 200 at most) on a monthly average. 

Depending on the content of the request, we can handle 23 to 30 cases per person per month. 

Main requests 

・ Web 

└Each product site and support site new site construction, page creation / update, LP, banner creation, other image creation, external tool introduction follow (form etc.), subcontracted product follow-up 

└ OWN media (accounting plus, Merurabo) WordPress site (theme renovation, the template update, etc.) 

└ production and update in-house corporate site, mid-career site, internal company site

・ Web design + coding work experience more than 3 years 

・ Design experience using Illustrator and Photoshop more than 3 years experience

　製品そのもののデザイン業務(UIUX)はUIデザイン課が行っています。


◆ラクスグループで展開しているサービスのwebサイトのデザイン業務を行っていただきます。

業務拡大にともなうデザイナチームの拡充。
各製品ともに、今後の販路拡大に力をいれており、ここ3年間で案件数が2倍程になっています。

【業務内容】
＜何を作るか？＞
ラクスグループが展開する全ての製品サイト及び各サポートサイト。現在40サイト以上ございます。
（楽楽精算、楽楽明細、楽楽労務、Maildealer、Chatdealer、働くDB、配配メール…等15近くございます。）

＜業務内容詳細＞
デザイン、コーディングともに業務範囲となります。
・Web（自社製品サイトが複数あり）
　　- サイトデザイン(コーディング含む)
　　- ページ更新
　　- LP、バナー作成等
・オウンドメディア(WordPress)
　　- テーマ作成・改修
　　- テンプレート更新等
※ご経験に応じ、DTP案件にも携わって頂きます。

＜仕事の進め方＞
チーム体制としては、ディレクター3名・デザイナーが6名所属しております。
PJ制とはなっておらず、五月雨で依頼がきたものをディレクターが都度重要度を確認し、各デザイナーの依頼対応状況や出勤予定などを考慮し、依頼を割り振ります。
※担当サービスは固定しておりませんので、全員が全サービスの依頼を対応するイメージです。

＜担当案件数について＞
月平均で全体で160件程（多くて200件程）。
依頼の内容にもよりますが、1人あたり月23～30件程対応頂いています。

　新規サイト構築、ページ作成・更新、LP、バナー作成等、その他画像作成等、外部ツール導入フォロー(フォーム等)、外注納品のアップフォロー

　WordPressサイト（テーマ改修、テンプレート更新等）
└社内における制作・更新
　コーポレートサイト、中途採用サイト、社内向けサイト
