Web Director [Candidate Manager]

Job Description

You can leave either “strategy planning” or “production direction” below. 

1) Strategic planning / target selection, site-wide requirement definition / design, concept planning, site / content planning, general site design / proposing materials / analysis report creation / improvement planning / negotiation with clients .

2) production direction Corporate site, promotion site, production of the LP, etc., quality and progress management .

• PC site, smartphone site, information design for signage, etc., such as quality management, direction involved in the production business negotiations with the client -site operation 

* In addition to being responsible for production work management / estimation calculation, work man-hours comprehension, content editorial (editing) work, etc., it is also in 　charge of assigning corresponding staff and management work.

Hiring requirements

・ More than 3 years experience in website creation or EC site or own media operation 

・ Over 2 years of web director experience (sales and direction are also welcomed at advertising agencies) 

・ Those who have experienced management of multiple members ・ Those who have experienced project management or team leader .

・ Basic web production knowledge (including HTML, server, system knowledge, etc.) 

・ Users with core skills in UI / UX, site design, editing, writing, and content planning.

イデア・レコードのWEBソリューションサービスは、お客様の特性を見極め、カスタマーサクセスを最大化させることを追求します。
Web戦略立案・コンサルティング、デジタルマーケティングはもちろんのこと、Webサイトの企画、設計デザインから構築、運用、インターネット広告企画、運用まで、集客に必要な領域をすべて網羅し、且つ高いクオリティでの対応が求められます。各メディアや自社サイトの行動データ、インターネット広告の実績、自社コールセンターで蓄積したビックデータなど、イデア・レコードがこれまで蓄積してきた経験・ノウハウ・データを基に、季節要因、トレンドを深堀し、将来の費用対効果予測を打ち出し、クライアントのROI最大化に貢献します。

以下の「戦略プランニング」「制作ディレクション」のうちどちらかをお任せします。
1）戦略プランニング
・ターゲットの選定、サイト全体の要件定義・設計、コンセプト立案、サイト・コンテンツ企画立案、サイト制作に関する設計全般
・提案資料の作成
・分析レポート作成および改善案の策定
・クライアントとの折衝

2）制作ディレクション
・コーポレートサイト、プロモーションサイト、LP等の制作、品質・進捗管理
・PCサイト、スマートフォンサイト、サイネージ等に関する情報設計、品質管理など、制作業務に関わるディレクション
・クライアントとの折衝
・サイト運用
※制作業務の管理・見積算出、作業工数の把握、コンテンツのエディトリアル（編集）作業なども含めて
　自身が担当するだけでなく、対応スタッフのアサインやマネジメント業務についても管掌範囲となります。

【募集背景】
事業拡大のため

・Webサイト制作もしくはECサイトや自社メディアの運営経験3年以上　※CMS等による更新作業のみのオペレーターは除く。
・Webディレクター経験2年以上（広告代理店で営業兼ディレクションの方も歓迎）
・複数人のメンバーのマネジメント業務を経験していた方
・プロジェクトマネジメントもしくは、チームリーダーとしての業務を経験していた方
・Webの基本的な制作知識（HTMLやサーバー、システムに関する知識などを含む）
・UI/UX、サイト設計、編集、ライティング、コンテンツ企画の中でコアスキルをお持ちの方
