Job Description

As a new development engineer of the web conferencing service “bellFace” specializing in sales, you will be involved in the development of new functions for the current environment version and renewal development for the future.

This is a Web conferencing system specialized for sales. In the 3 years of release, 1,000 companies have already been introduced and there are many achievements such as 120% of business talks.

Product Manager, based on the specification that the designer was formulated, and the product to form. After the launch of the product, we will take over the SRE team whose mission is operation and maintenance and will always be involved in new product development.


[Development process]

Task assignments are made with a wish-based schedule, and the engineer re-estimates and sets the duration based on the requirements.


Development policy

Development is based on pull requests using GitHub, and basically all code is reviewed. Since the “bellFace” renewal project, we have written test codes, and we will continue to actively work on improving quality such as E2E tests.


Team management

Weekly 1on1 sessions are held with the CTO and development directors who allocate resources. From the situation of individuals and teams to the progress of the project, we are constantly meeting.

Hiring Requirements

1. Web application development experience (PHP, Node.js, Ruby, Python, Go, C #, Java, Scala, etc.)

2. Basic knowledge of RDBMS

3. Using GitHub Pull request-based development experience



1. Development work experience using Laravel, Vue.js (Nuxt)

2. Work experience in a development environment with continuous integration using CI

3. Development experience in WebRTC
