Job Description

You will be responsible for the development of various systems such as in-house management systems, centered on the renovation site “Rinoko” that is planned and operated in-house and the real estate lump-sum assessment site “Yay”. 

(In the future, we are also considering launching new sites and new businesses.) 

100% for in-house development, from function planning to specification design, development, testing, maintenance operation, effect verification, and improvement You can get involved. Depending on your wishes and skills, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from backyard enhancements to usability and accessibility enhancements. 

The development department is developing with a small number of people, and communication with each other is extremely good. 

While discussing with designers, marketing staff, and call center members, we will proceed with implementation and function improvement planning. 

■ Environment: PHP, AWS, MySQL, Ruby tools: Gent, Chatwork, Backlog, Confluence. If you don’t like it, I’d like to change it, so please suggest more!

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

■ Application development experience with script language (mainly PHP) (1 year or more) 

■ Basic knowledge of UNIX OS, RDBMS (especially Linux, MySQL) [Welcome requirements] 

■ Web service planning, development, Release and operation experience
