これら既存サービスの保守対応や新規機能の開発をしていただきます。

2.開発工程
要件定義前のテストなどの段階から、他の部署と一緒にサービスを作って頂く、スクラム開発です。
サービス特性を理解し、今後の拡張性を考慮して設計や実装を行なって頂くなど、サービスの成長を加速させることができる人材を募集しています。
また、ユーザービリティーを高めるためのパフォーマンス・チューニングや、技術競争力を高めるための技術向上への継続的な取り組みなど、様々なことに取り組んで頂きます。

• Webサービスの開発・運用経験
• PHP、Ruby、Javaなどのサーバーサイド言語の開発経験
• マネジメント経験、あるいはチームをリードして何かを達成した経験

• 負荷や速度を考慮した開発ができる

成果連動型報酬：月給（毎月）、裁量労働制
